Unless you have money saved up,
Credit Solutions will do nothing and I mean nothing!! they told me not to pay b/c that way they could negotiate a settlement. guess what,
creditors will not wait for you to save. They are well in their right to sue you!! That means garnishing your wages until the entire bill is paid incl
late fees and overlimit charges!!! My
acct went to collection attorney and they threatened to sue unless I paid the entire past due amount.
Credit Solutions said "sorry, but you don't have the $$ to settle so good luck and let us know if you can come up with it(70% of total balance which included
late fees and overlimit charges both of which they promise they will take care of). If you are going to sign on with them make sure you have 70% of your total balances or they will not be able to help you. One more important thing... They Do Not Have A Refund Policy, but they will gladly take your money directly from your
checking account!!!!
