well I started with them about 3 Months ago and after the first time i talked with them and signed up. that was also pretty much the last time i was able to speak with someone. I dont like giving away my money to anybody, but i was trying to get my credit fixed to where it was before i got all my college crap done. I then found out that not one letter was sent to the bureaus like was promised.

So I asked for my money back and requested a refund well 1 month later i finally got half of my money back and a text saying that i was harassing asking for my money. Well bottom line they are thief's ans a huge joke. never do business with them You will regret it. Oh yea i went with Lexington law and i saw results fast and i can reach my attorney anytime i wish.

I am a Credit Solutions employee now, I hate working there because I feel that I am doing customers wrong and not giving them the help they deserve. Every time a client calls in when they have been served with a summons, they don't want to deal with them. I love bieng in customer service because I like helping others. I am tring to find my self another job becasue I can't bare one more day there, I feel horrible as a human bieng and I believe in karma I am a mother of three and I would never like to be treated the way credit solutions treat there clients. As soon as I find my self another job I will file formal complaint my self. Any body can negotiate there debts. :sigh

I have personally seen my supervisor sexually harrass my co-workers and he has told me thing that have made me feel very uncomftrable. Again I would like to remain anomous but will give my e-mail address for any of those who want information. Also we are told never to mention REFUND to a client, they don't do refunds and hate when clients ask for one. They send the client to another department called RAD they are there to talk the client into not canceling he program. EVERYTHING IS VERY FISHY!! please don't spend your money there, there are not enough advisors and all they care about is for the employees to settle a clients debt is the client has money, if you have no meoney you wont get a call back. All we do all day is play music, and I my self have seen supervisors, managers, employees place clients while a girl is dancing erotic to watch her. That buisness will eventally fall, I recomend for everybody TO CALL AND REQUEST A REFUND and complain to BBB
