I signed on with CS over a year ago, I had never missed a payment or been late, but was in over my head due to a divorce. I have now had to declare bankruptcy.

I can't even begin to tell you how hard they made my life. I have a lawsuit against them now and would love to help anyone that needs help by sharing what I am doing. We won round 1, they appealed and we shall see what happens.

I would love to help anyone else. I want to see these criminals out of business!!!! Let me know if you are interested.

Bob, I sent a fax rescinding my power of attorney and told them I was not paying another penny to them, I closed my bank account they were withdrawing the money from and guess what! they contacted me! Of course, I could NEVER get through to them to talk to them until then, and all of a sudden they were so eager to talk with me. As far as I know they can't do anything to you, they KNOW they are not doing what they said they would do and taking your money and offering NO services to you whatsoever, except to ruin you financially. I know there are several lawsuits pending against them, hopefully someone will succeed in putting them out of business. My advice to you is not to let them take one more penny from you, you will never get it back and they will never do what they say they will do.

What happens if you do cut or shut off Credit Solutions off from taking the automatic service fee withdrawal from your banking account because I am switching my banks where my paycheck goes?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I never had bad credit...much debt but paid my bills on time. I would LOVE to see this group out of business and have all of OUR money returned and retribution! We NEED OUR LIVES BACK....how dare they take something so important off of us. Let us get together to wipe the slate clean! NOT FAIR

Credit Solutions is a terrible company to work with. I always ALWAYS get the run-around with them on the phone. The first settlement that they offered me last year, I had the money and was ready to pay and settle. Then they LOST the settlement. They waited to long and Bank of America refused to offer the original settlement. Recently I recieved a letter from an attorney's office on a different debt. After sending this info to CS I recieved multiple emails back stating that they didn't see this account to be one of my accts enrolled with them. HAD THEY DONE THEIR JOBS, they would have seen clear as day on my credit report that providian had sold my debt to that office. I called the attorney's office myself and settled at 50% of the amount owed. I have 2 more payments still with CSA and I get furious just thinking about it. I would never reccommend this company. They were GREAT at the beginning and now it is a NIGHTMARE. There are better alternatives. Don't set yourself back further by getting locked in with CS

Hey Joe - I assure you I'm a real person and I really got screwed by Credit Solutions. It seems there are quite a few people in that same boat. Like I said - ANYTHING THEY CAN SETTLE, YOU CAN SETTLE YOURSELF! They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You can call up there and wait on hold for someone for 10 minutes - then get cut off so you can't leave a message. There is no reason to pay someone to settle your debts when you can do it yourself. Don't trust them. Save yourself the headache and money. Find another alternative. They WILL make matters worse.

Let's be realistic. My account for $125K was just settled this past March. And was done as it was explain to me. And the many horror stories here I'm going to be the positive one. We need help getting out of the deceptive practices of the credit card companies. The sign up for lower interest rate now and bump it to 21% for a late payment. I talked to a lawyer friend to see if its a good idea and he said "It's a regulated just like securities and insurance. Do you really think that if CSA was a scam that they would still be in business?" They helped me. *** these posts are probably from the credit card company employees trying to scare you out. It's a free message board with no real names. For the past 20 years credit card companies have gotten more rights to keep more of our money. So why not use a fake message board to do more of the same. They even changed the freaking bankruptcy laws to that you have to be living in a card board box to file now. You don't have to use CSA use any company you want. But don't let these credit card companies keep you bound to their contracts and steep interest rates. Get out as soon as you can. I did and it's going to cost me on my credit report. But I can actually say that they settled for me. It took me 4 years but guess what I got out from under the credit card companys. I'm a free man!
