I thought when I signed up, it would all be great, I could finally breath, we were doing something about out debt.....In 4 months, noone ever contacted me, e-mailed me, nothing. When I called them, it was one changed story after another. They don't give a
crap about you. They just want to scam your
money from you, sit back and do absolutely NOTHING!!!! I told them I wanted my
money back for putting me in a worse situation than I all ready was, they mine as well laughed right in my face....

this organization is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. They will tell you anything for you to fill oput the pappers. Then they will break the contract. THEY ARE A JOKE. You can get your money back from filling a complaint with the Better Business Bearu. But it needs to be done very early in the game. At most a week after first payment. There are alot better debt settlement companies out there. You just need to look

I'm Debt Free and Loving life Thanks to Credit Solutions Of America. They helped me through the most difficult time of my life and I owe them more then anyone would know. I disagree with everyone on this list about their services. Most customer here are complaining about money and service fees. IF you cant save money to settle your accounts obviously your not going to get anywhere with the program. They charge a service fee for them engaging creditors to obtain low settlemt offers on my accounts and that is money well spent. I got a settlemnet offer for 20% and 30% on two of my largest accounts. I could have never done that alone and happy to have Credit solution negotiating on my behalf. Obviously Credit solutions has to stay in business and we cant all expect them to work our accounts for free. This is all explained in the welcome package and if we arent happy with the agreement then why was it ever signed. This doesn't make sense and I feel like client are wanting something for nothing. FYI, nothing in life is free!!

My credit is RUINED! I had great credit before Credit Solutions and now I am screwed. I don't know how to recoup. I wish I had not done this. This is MY life they messed with.
