Has anyone ever gotten their money back from these people? One of their representatives who works in their debt settlement dept told me flat out that I needed to dip into my 401(k) or get a loan from my credit union so they could get me a good offer. Isn't this why I went to them in the first place? Of course who is going to give me a loan now with my horrific credit since I haven't been paying my creditors? Am-Ex came back with a 25-30 percent interest rate offer through this company, which is worse than what I was paying before.
