Credit solutions is a debt service that charges 15%
upfront on the total debt you have accumulated. They do nothing except take your money out of an automatic withdrawal from your bank account. Example: we received a
summons from
Chase to appear in court or have a lien placed against our home.
Credit solutions, who claim they contact the credit card companies to work out a solution, never once contacted
Chase. We finally resolved the
credit debt with
Chase directly. Stay away from this fraudulent company. They should be turned over to the IRS, and we are now doing so.

I happen to know for a fact that the people who handle the settlement aspect of Credit Solutions are working in Costa Rica. How many of you want to give your Bank info to someone in Costa Rica?

Rose Proctor is full of ***. Look, I used to work for Credit Solutions, so I do not have their interest at heart. I know for sure they have employees and executives who post on this board for positive info. But I can tell you that even after a car repo you do not have a 0 (zero) credit score. this lady is a moron

first of all you do not have to pay a upfront fee with CSA. CSA has no affilliation with resqdebt or any other company. You are informed of all the negatives and what could happen to you. CSA is there to help we are not trying to scam or just take your money. If you talk with one of their account managers they will let you know if you have any accounts that they cannot get the best settlement with now if they are a scam my knowledge would be they would take all your accounts just to make more money off of you. They have won the JD Power award now if they were a scam this would not be possible.

Wolves in sheep clothing...they literally stole money from my bank account causing me to close the account down after years of having same account with my bank. Additionally, they lied, lied, lied and would not return calls. When returned, however, it was always a different assoc. than in the past with a 'velvet throat' that I later was able to associate with 'GREED'. Instead of helping, I now have 0 credit. I had excellent credit rating before calling them I simply believed I would be able to reduce my debt and lower my monthly payments. I am now retired and paying for ever having called their #. By the way, a news channel somewhere in TX promotes these charlatans. You need to watch their news clip.

They make it sound good! But if it sounds to good to be true it is to good to be true! They tell you not to talk tothe credit card co's becuase you can do this all on your own! Credit Solutions is a middle man and just another payment you have to make. I paid them over $3,000 and they only settled one Chase card for me, which did save me $4,000 BUT i paid $3,000 to settle it. Now after I have paid them almost all my fee's I am still getting calls from creditors threating a lawsuit. I want out but they won't refund! They definatly need ot be put out of business, everytime I see a debt settlement commercial it makes me sick!
