I worked for Lending.com and saw so many people get fired. I know how to kiss up, so I stayed around for a while....before I got fired. I have heard some really bad stories about
Credit Solutions from some of the people that transferred from there. i heard they were very unethical. I give them credit in knowing how to set up a company and gaining peoples trust. If I was just looking for a
mortgage loan, from the propaganda, I would think they were professionals. I think they focus too much on the
marketing and too little on training. And I agree with someone else's comment...they make it all about who they like. You cant be like that in business. One particular person that one of you mentioned was a nice person, but didn't know anything about
mortgages. I think she's still there.

My wife and I used Lending.com for our Mortgage. Initially everything went smooth as silk. Then, the day before closing...we werre notified that Lending did not send the paperwork to the closing company. After the closing company received the paperwork, we were made aware that our PMI was increased from $93/mo to over $300/mo. If we did not have to close the following day, we would have gone with another company. Lending said the had all the closing documents ready 3 weeks prior to closing. It sure makes one wonder if they did not send the paperwork in a timely matter to screw over a customer. I will not ever use or encourage anyone to use them.
Also, after doing research, I've learned that Lending.com, as of September or October of 2008, is strictly a website front. Previous to that, they seem to have had only one intention...Making the owner richer without concern for their clients.

I worked there and it kinda seemed like a cult. The culture of the compnay is suspect. They recieve all these awards and they have no morals. I guess money bought all those awards and honors, but you know what what goes up must come down, and if not in this life time. Ya'll have fun in ***!

I know several people who worked here. Their Sales Management have no experience. Lindsay and Lauren were loan officers at a relocation company, no sales experience what so ever. Had Lending not gotten rid of their secondary marketing department or head underwriter, they would still be around. They hired some of the best talent in DFW and got rid of them one by one. Stoked they are gone!

I know several people who worked for them. They hired some of the best mortgage people in the DFW area and let them go one by one. The sales management, Lauren and Lindsay have no clue in what they are doing, only listen to phone calls and critique. I know their former company and they were only loan officers with NO management experience. If they were to have kept their head underwriter, secondary marketing staff, and others who had the experience, they would still be around.
