We've been with Credit Solutions for a little over a year and I have ended up settling 3 of our accounts myself (they have not done anything with ONE account), once I was served trial court papers to appear in court. I called the law offices and worked out settlements myself! Leading up to this, I had done everything Credit Solutions told me to do-fax paperwork received, etc.
I was told we would receive monthly status calls, only received one the first month.
Was served a summons a week and a half ago for another account, again, Credit Solutions has done nothing to work with credit card company to settle and now am in same boat. Have spoken to 4 different representatives in Support Services (A JOKE!) dept who all told me they would call me back, each one knowing how frustrated we were with lack of service and apologizing for their lack of service and promising that I was now their client, and they would do whatever necessary to provide the customer service we deserved and were promised by them.
Was also told when asked to speak with supervisor that there weren't any, that they were their own supervisor and that if we wanted to speak to one, we'd have to go through the representative first. I eventually got a supervisor's name but could not get an extension because the supervisor's aren't usually "on the floor".
Needless to say, I have not had ONE callback from any one of these 4 people! One woman had the nerve to tell me her phone was acting up, can she call me RIGHT back when she disconnected her phone and "rebooted". Never heard back from her, either.
Do not fall into this trap and we will do everything in our power to get our money back and spread the word about this horrible company.
The sad thing is that I did a lot of research on debt settlement companies and went with this one as they were backed by JD Power and Associates (at the time-don't see that on their site anymore...) among other reasons.
Would love to hear from anyone else out there who has had the horrible experience of working with this company and what you may be doing or have done to get your money back and spread the word.

Nice to hear that I wasn't the only one who fell for this! Used to hear about companies like this on shows like DateLine and thought only idiots fell for things like this!
I too went with them because I thougth JD Power & Associates did there homework...guess I shouldn't be so trusting.
I also got served papers from a creditor and have had to settle all my accounts myself...which I also learned isn't that hard!
I found an attorney in Seattle that has is sueing them in a Class Action Law suit...I hope to jump on that band wagon!

So I know for a fact that Credit Solutions has employee's that get onto webpages and post positive feedback! Like the one above. DO NOT USE Credit Solutions! Settle your own debt its really easy!

I'm Debt Free and Loving life Thanks to Credit Solutions Of America. They helped me through the most difficult time of my life and I owe them more then anyone would know. I disagree with everyone on this list about their services. Most customer here are complaining about money and service fees. IF you cant save money to settle your accounts obviously your not going to get anywhere with the program. They charge a service fee for them engaging creditors to obtain low settlemt offers on my accounts and that is money well spent. I got a settlemnet offer for 20% and 30% on two of my largest accounts. I could have never done that alone and happy to have Credit solution negotiating on my behalf. Obviously Credit solutions has to stay in business and we cant all expect them to work our accounts for free. This is all explained in the welcome package and if we arent happy with the agreement then why was it ever signed. This doesn't make sense and I feel like client are wanting something for nothing. FYI, nothing in life is free!!
